Bumper Cover And Tail Light

Hi all, I am new here, this seems like a great place!

I have a question, my wife had a little accident and cracked the bumper cover and the left tail light. I was wondering where I could get these cheap. I am in Canada and they want $250 for the tail light and $500 for the bumper AND bumper cover, they wouldn't sell them apart.

Any help would be appreceated!
