Tint?

Does anyone have 5% limo black tint on their Alero? I am either thinking of getting the 5% or the 20%. If anyone has the 5, can you send me a picture so I can see what it looks like.

I had 5% all around it sucks dont do it. 30 max in front 5 in back windows is ok and no more than 35 on back window

I have 20% all around, and I don't mind it. It can be a pain parallel parking, I just roll my windows down to see out of my side mirrors. If you don't do a lot of backing up you should be fine. There's a member on GAGT with 5%, I can see if I can get a pic if you want. It's an exterior pic, don't know if you're looking for an inside out pic.

I've got 20 all around. I wouldn't go any darker, since it sucks for visibility at night. I still have to roll down my windows sometimes when I back up.

I have 35 around and it's decent enough for you not to be seen BUT it isn't dark enough. You can tell it's tinted and at the same time it isn't a pain to deal with when backing up or parallel parking. My driver's window is tinted at 50% and I hate it, but having VA plates equals having to tint to VA specs... which is why I might reregister the car somewhere else.

Here's a pic. I know it's not the tint bracket the op wants but to give an idea for tint percentages.

20% all around for me and I have absolutely no problems, but then again I live in LA and even at night its brighter than shit. Never had to roll my windows down though.

Before you tint, check local laws.

I had 15% all around, but 15% on the driver and pass front windows is illegal in PA, however, living in the city, cops have better thing to do than bust for tint. Moved to the burbs, got busted twice. One cop actually showed me the PA motor vechile law book. I guess he felt that justified the $132 ticket.

Anyone got 35% or darker on an white lero.. Any tint on a black lero look dark as hell... And while I'm asking what is a good price to get them done.

I've got 5% and it was $215 with lifetime warranty that covers any kind of damage..I can take a razor to it and they would still replace it for free..

5% all the way. I don't like people watching me when I drive. Windshield is has a strip on it too. I wanna get a very light tint on the whole thing tho.

I hear prices ranging from $150 all the way to $350. what is the big difference and why is there such a big price gap.. What is the name of the best kind of tint?

Idk the best name brand. I payed $200.10 and it was from the best place I could find around me that had the best reviews and a friend told me. But it is more or less the quality of how it is installed.
