button changes
ok so im tired and ive ramboed the search button to hell and have nothing
i thought i saw back when i joined that someone was working on switching their emergcy light warning light hazard light button what ever the freak it is
i wanted to see what yall were doing to these and replacing them with

Do you mean moving it to another locationg on the dash? or useing a diffrent style button?

i thought about relocating mine to the center console (arm rest thing) and then putting a push button piezo switch in its place for a push button start.... but it was too expensive/labor intensive to do. So i scrapped the idea.

I have to agree, why would you want to relocate it, its actually in probably the most convinent location. Most cars I have seen its almost an epic search to find that stupid buttin.
Anyhow, Relocating it would consist of makeing a new hole in the spot you want it, and extending the wires to said location.
As far as changing the look, all you would realy need to do is paint it, at least thats what I would do. Maybe make it green or orange or something.

Like I stated, Painting them would be easy and cheap, just sand the button, prime and paint in the color of your choice. You could even paint a smiley face on it
