technically its a WAI tho. eventually i will make it into a CAI but regardless its worth the money

Is the V6 piping and the 2.4 piping the same diameter? if so I can buy this then but the v6 piping that goes straight down so I have CAI

the pipe diameter should be listed in the ebay listing. i did what you said, with the v6 intake going down into the fenderwell, and the one i bought is like 1/4in bigger diameter than the wai for the 2.4. not a huge deal cuz i got a coupler to go btwn the two sizes, but if you want to make sure theyre the same size, just make sure it lists the diameter.
