I'm getting springtechs, have 85,000 miles my car, is it absolutely essential to get struts? I dont wanna have to pay 200 for struts, when i'm paying a little more than half that for the springs. but I will if I have to I guess.

i didnt change my struts out... 83K here. no problems, rides a little rough, but i hear the same even with strut upgrades, nothing to compare it to i guess, so i dont know/feel if i'm missing out. and i'm satisfied with how it rides and performs as it is.

Does anyone know how to make my struts go bad? I have 60K on my car and I would like my warrenty to replace my struts since they are getting a little soft and have my springs installed for free.

Let me drive your car?
I dunno. It's kinda hard to make your struts go bad without messing something else up.
Go find some speedbumps and run over them at 50mph a few times. That will provide for some rough landings.

oh I already launchmy car on a daily basis over the train tracks by my work. I get at least 6inches of air. I also drive the hell out of it in cornering. Although I think driving through tampa is the worst on my suspension. All this Is why I thought my struts would of been done by now. Now I wonder why my tires which are goodyear eagles gp-h's with 22k and have a 60k warenty are shot  :P

Just got my SpringTech's in the mail today. Where is the cheapest place to get the KYB struts? I have 45,000 miles on my car and I don't really want to spend a lot on the struts.
