I can't decide

My drivers side headlight lens is all jacked up, and now as an added bonus moisture is starting to collect in it...so that's probably gonna destroy the silverstars in there...the lens is beyond fixing in my opinion...it looks like whoever owned the car before me did a half assed attempt at buffing it, leaving some pretty nasty scuffs on it...question is...buy it online, or go out to the parts yard and pick it up locally for $10 more...it's makin me mad cause my headlight is the only thing screwing up the appearance of my car atm...its embarassing...

I'd go to the local yard and pay a few extra bucks because in that case you know exactly what you're getting and you're getting it right now...no shipping charges, no waiting for it to show up, etc.

Yeah and I was just thinking that it might not be a bad idea to support the local guy, and keep him in business...
Speaking of lights...does anyone know...if you pop some nice amber bulbs in behind the amber lens will it make the corners like super amber, or will it not really make much difference??? Lots of noob questions today...that's what happens on my days off...

You should be able to tell if there is an amber bulb, even with the lens/reflector there.

Pretty sure the bulbs already are amber, they were on mine at least and the headlights were stock.

Thanks guys!
I grabbed the new headlight and put it in, and man...I never realized how crappy my original was until I put the new one in. From what I could tell, my inner signal bulb is amber, and my outer is clear...I might toss in some amber outers to see if it makes the color any warmer.

Yeah...I prolly should clear those...I'm just not 100% sure if it would look good to me on my car....I wish I had a white or blue alero...I think the cleared corners look best on those colors 'cause it helps add to that frosty cool appearance...like a can of Kodiak Ice or a pack of Winterfresh Gum...makes folks thirsty for slushies when they look at it...It's something I can be indecisive about til I get some other things like my intake, brakes, and exhaust figured out.
