i personally have not, but many members have. they always seem to get good feedback. if i remember right, 1 is just a little harder than stock, 2 is good for general racing and agressive drivng, and 3 is strictly hardcore racing cause it shifts so hard it squaks the tires going into 3rd even.

I have one in my car. it was real easy to install and fun to drive when its on. i dont drive with it on all the time tho because something about how it shifts just makes me think its not good for the tranny all the time. it probably is fine all the time i just dont wanna take the chance since i need my car and dont have much money to fix it.

had one drove with it on 1 all the time with no prob. shifts were harder on 2 the shifts were really hard but made a big improvement wouldn't drive on 2 all the time. I also have a inerceptor witch is adjustable but there is no way to turn it off its a plug and play install. with some rewiring sure you could make it so it could be turned off,
(its for sale still )

I've had mine for probably 4 years, almost 3 years boosted. It's been run on setting 2 since day one and I've had zero problems and no weird noises. One of the best mods to add by far. You feel an immediate difference.
