I got one light cleared, and I have to admit, it looks pretty ghetto, but hey, I used some dap and a hair dryer.

Im not too sure if it got sealed too well, but I think it went well. Any advice on the oven trick for the other light? Big pan, towel?? Thanks.

doesnt look so ghetto, looks like every other clear corner on an alero. I just used a hairdryer on mine also. i've heard of people using the oven but i didnt want to try it and melt my headlights if i didnt do it right. now get the other side cleared and maybe tear apart the first one again and paint the bezels. nice lookin....keep it up

Oven trick How to:

needed:
oven
oven mitts (or high-temp gloves)
small flathead screwdriver

directions:
wear gloves at all times for safety purposes
preheat the oven to the lowest temp on the dial (usually just about 200 degrees Fahrenheit)
put the headlight in there right on the rack for 5-10 minute intervals.
In between the times it is in the oven, chip away at the silicone sealant with the screwdriver. if you work fast, you probably won't need to put the light back in the oven again.

Once you have the lens off the rest of the assembly, turn off the oven. you won't need it anymore.

peel away the rest of the sealant. You generally don't want to re-use the old sealant.
