New Brake System For Me.. Help?

okie dokie sooooo my semi metallic brakes are starting to wear, gonna need to be replaced in a few months. I noticed when i got my tires rotated the other day.... and heaven forbid i drive some squeaky car, lol.
My mom is getting me some good ceramics for all four now, which is so very nice of her! =) buuuttt since i have heard multiple times that the stock rotors are no good with ceramics. Soooo!!! a little rotor education for me please?!?! slotted; cross drilled.. huh??!? wtf??? I could just ask my dad but he would flip and be like.. omg you dont need all that.. lol. So.. specs on rotors... and i would like something affordable. I mean.. its an alero, im not going to need to be stopping while going supersonic speeds.
I read in another thread ebay ones for $150? sounds good....

ohhh and if it helps i have all disc brakes... no drum crap going on

yup get these, I bought from them. All ebay rotors are the same company, just different seller/vendors. But they get them from the same place.

There great, I have those with wagner thermoquiet ceramic pads in the front, and the wagner thermoquiet organic pads in the rear. My rims are totally brake dustless. I love em, and stops great.
