New Member From TN, 1999 Alero
Hey, I'm Marty. I will soon have a 1999 Alero, and i've been searching this site for a while. I'm sixteen years old, and I seem to be a hell of a lot better driver than most of my class mates. Considering they're always talking about how they end up off a road or added extra dents. lol...
I'd like to learn more about working on cars. The more i looked into stuff about this alero the more i learned that i truly don't know crap.
Here are some pics of my soon-to-be car.
Pretty much nothing has been to done to it yet.
Specs:
1999 Oldsmobile Alero GLS Coupe
3.4 Liter V6
170 Hp
35% tint on all windows except front
New tires (i don't know what brand)
Pretty much stock everything else you can think of.
It's a little beat up, and the serpentine belt squeaks some. Though nothing major. A great car for $2000
----edit----
Btw, i just sold my laptop for some random crap for the car: transfer of title, taxes, other unexpected payments.
gay...

Sadly: no. It half-way works. It'll open, but it won't go all the way back.

i have that problem it might be the motor is is not calibrated right or the bushings are gone that let the moonroof slide/
