Buy Supercharger Where?

I have been searching the site and cant seem to find the answer to this question. Where can I buy or order a supercharger to fit on my 3.4 engine? I am having a hard time finding anyhing for this engine. And what are some good brands to buy for it? Thanks and sorry if this was already talked about.

There is the RSM Super Charger listed here: http://www.z-spec.com/aleroperformance.htm
BUT you should probably read this first: http://www.aleromod.com/forums/showt...&highlight=rsm

i heard that people had a lot of problems with the RSM supercharger and for 3600 bucks I would go with the M62 supercharger that is for sale. I have not heard any problems with the M62 supercharger.

ok but turbocharging will cost as much as the supercharger or more. How many miles on your car. have the LIM or HG ever been replaced. you have to get custom turbo manifold because they do not make them for the alero anymore, turbo, intercooler, custom intercooler piping, HP tuners, BOV, wastegate, custom downpipe, Boost controller, boost gauge A/f gauge there is more to list.

My car only has 58000km on it and nothing has ever been done to it. I found a used turbo from a wrecked one near here that comes with everything you have listed there and more for around 700 bucks. So I really cant go wrong with giving it a try. Thanks for the info guys.

Nowhere near that amount. Get a welding friend. You need a manifold (or an extension of the stock manifolds routed to a turbo flange) and everything is essentially universal after that. Exhaust piping is cut and welded, intercooler piping and an intercooler is cheap (eBay). It's just simple fabrication and bolt turning.

Only issue that most people have is the tuning.

I believe milzy sells just the manifold itself.. The rest you can get on your own
