Hi Folks,
now that I finally own my Alero, I was thinking about Repair Manuals.

For my '79 Camaro i got a Haynes
For my '95 Chrysler Stratus I got a Haynes
For my '00 Nissan Primera I work at a Nissan Dealership

Due the Haynes don't cover issues like A/C System pressures or diagnostics of a cruise control I thought I should try to get the offical Repair Manual for GM Dealerships.
Because real GM Dealerships are very rare here in Germany I thougth one of you guys whould have ripped a Repair Manual CD and could send it to me via I-net.

I would apreciate any other suggestions.

Greetings from Germany

the eSI is on DVD and it would be a real chore to send over the internet.. A copy from Helm http://www.helminc.com should be available. On DVD it does have the repair info for most GM models '98 and newer i believe.

Hi,
does one of u guys has this offical repair manual?

If yes. Would it be possible to make a copy for me?
I'll take all the cost for shipping etc etc.

Now that I realy need it, (see post about powersteering) would it come realy handy.

I didnt get the point on the helminc HP. What do they offer?
Did i understand it right, that these just are excerpts from a repair manual?
Naw, that nothing for me. I want / need a complete Manual.

I have the GM repair manual, but I dont really feel like copying the whole thing. It consists of 3 books ranging in length of 500 to 750 pages. But I may be persuaded to copy some sections of interest for you.

Tell me what you want to know and ill do my best.

Hi,
thanks.

I thought it would be on CD / DVD, as I heard.
And to copy a CD DVD isn't that much expansive.

To copy hard paper, isn't really what i wanted.

So if a copied CD / DVD or what ever would be possible I'll be very happy.
Or perhaps a download via Internet, if the files arent that big.

Am I right, that the CD consists mainly of PDF files?
At least our Nissan Repair Manual CD are just a huge collection of PDF files, linked together like a book.
Or are there any movie or what?
I'm asking cause I heard the original DVD is 1,2GB of files.

Thanks folks
