opinions on springs for my alero
Whats up everybody. Im new to the forum i have a 01 alero 2.4 all basicly stock and i want to lower my car. At first i was looking at aibach but then saw pics and dont think 1.2 inch drop is enough considering my springs are already shot it seems to me there would be to much wheel gap. What does everybody think of intrax. There 2 inch drop. Also i plan on getting the kyb excel-g shocks. But i havnt decided on everything yet i need strut mounts and boots also. So any opinions are appreciated

How low you can safely go depends on the roads around you

Which in America aren't very good in most places. Hey if someone wants to be "that guy" that can't crawl over a speed bump or get into a parking lot so be it.

At least you don't have to worry about frost heaves in Florida. They wreak havoc here in New Hampshire.

A lot of guys with Aleros and Grand Am's do the H&R's or Eibach Pro's and are pretty happy. It gives a little lower ride + little more performance yet isn't over the top. You'd be surprised what an inch and a half does with our cars.

Not really looking to buy used. But the eibach springs are the ones that i was originally looking at but then i saw a alero with them and they didnt seem low enough. I know im just being stuburn but i have a good bit of wheel gap i wanna close up. But i honestly will prob end up going with eibach im just gonna keep researching. I think 1.5 would be perfect though
