If air struts are the same as air cylinders (probably are) then they are the best way to go. My friend put air cylinders on his contour because on his second test run the 2 air bags in the front blew because they rubbed against the wheel. The cylinders don't rub and are the more reliable source and they put your car up and down faster . But you just won't have the cool sound the bags make. Hope this helped.

i had easy street on my alero. very good system for the car. air bags are less bumpy as cylinders will be. these struts are made for our cars so they dont run anything and they are a direct bolt on.
here is my thread on em. http://invision.aleromod.com/index.php?showtopic=7080
check out my cardomain too to see the air system in the trunk

did you order the kit from them or just piece it together? i was just wondering if that tank is enough. so you think i should paint mine before installing everything? you didn't have to cut fenders or anything did you?

Thats the prob with buying a "KIT" .. you get some good stuff and some not so good stuff.. Not tryin to say anything bag about the kit you got but the valves are not any good. and you only got 4 switchs??? thats not cool.. good compressor and tank though..
