Destinys' turbo build thread.
Okay guys this thread is going to be here a long time before its complete, but i just picked up my first official part for the turbo build which wont be installed until i have the build ready. i have an idea of what i want to do but not 100% set on it yet. still debating, but i will update this thread as parts come in.
heres the first thing, bought this cause they are starting to get limited and once they are gone, it will be another 2-3 years possibly before there is more around so i had to get it, DRTC.
65mm TB. might upgrade to a 68 down the road.
and port/polish manifolds.
thats it for now, like i said this will be a long thread process but it'll come together.

love the double roller, I have one in my parts pile as well.
Edit: My question is my spend the money on an aftermarket TB, when there are others out there that can be used for much cheaper?

What turbo you thinking of going with.gt 30 or 35.

I think he is saying there are other 65mm throttle bodies that you could have gotten cheaper that was factory on a different vehicle. |

cost of turbo build does not compare to a say 600 or so dollar hood!

happy - just sell me that hood, i know you wont use it, it will go to a good home. i mean your daughter did walk all over it so its gotta be pretty cheap now.
