I just did my switch and the center vent was a PIA to get out without knowing exactly where the clips are... no one told me they are at the bottom, flat metal.

BTW I got my switch form these people http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/rafr...php?a=G-hazard for $15 shipped, it;s the Doorman model.

ahh man, the first time i tried to do that, i just punched the switch through LOL, thank god i didnt break the retaining clips

i broke off the clips trying to fix mine and then epoxied the clips back on and haven't had any problems yet
