Would it work?

I'm not that familiar with the variations of the 2.2l ecotec from the alero and the cobalt. My question is: would this header work? This one seems better with the coating rather than the stainless steel with a ton of welds.

Our motor is a l61 and the other code is for a 2.4l ecotec...it should bolt to the motor the only thing to check is clearances between the motor and the firewall as the different cars have different amounts of space, i think you should be fine though

This. A lot of the J-body guys run the LSJ pacesetter headers on their Ecotecs. People are gonna say that they're junk, but the J-body guys seem to prefer them.

I'm looking at getting the pieces together for a complete exhaust, but I want it to be as quiet as possible.
