disable automatic lights
Okay so I've read over and over again about how you cannot disable the automatic lights, you can, and its very easy! Take the panels off the bottom of drivers side dash reach up behind dash nd disconnect wire from ambient sensor on left defrost. Then take a small piece of paper clip and insert in the end of that wire. This jumps it, basically giving signal to computer telling it its daytime. Only downside is now to remember to turn lights on sometimes. Also you must use snap-on versus or similar tool to clear service vehicle soon light as a regular obdII will not do this

umm thanks? alot of people already know how to do this, and there is an easier way then how you did it... are you sure you searched? because the way i did mine... i have no dummy lights on the dash... and it literally took me about 45 seconds to do it.

once again I think that you are talking about your drls when he is talking about your headlights that come on at night, although it was already known how for the 99 at least

I think redog is refering to the high beam/low beam on at the same time mod. It'd be useful at night out in the country.

Yes, and very helpful if you have HIDs in your car.
There is a trick with an extra relay, but your fogs still turn off anyway. Somebody had a write-up on here a long time ago about breaking one tab off a relay, and with the HPTuners, I can turn that SVS light off
