Hey will these work?
I found um on ebay, just wonder if they are the right fit for Alero
Bulbs

No. Alero turn signals are 1057 not 1157. Those are a round connector you need a flat one.

if you want leds, www.superbrightleds.com has 'em pretty cheap...i was able to replace almost all of my 196 bulbs w/leds for about $20 shipped
