Hey everyone. I've been looking at these exhaust cut-out systems, ya know, they make it where your car has a stock exhaust or a fully open exhaust at the push of a button. I was just wondering if anyone has ever had this done to their car or heard what our car sounds like with it done? I'm really interested in getting one. Thanks.

I've heard it on a camaro (a video though) its very loud.. of course :P

I've also heard they're pretty chinsy and like to just stop working.. they need to be made more durable apparently, living down under the car and getting extremely hot like that... and they will rust and stop working guaranteed if you live where they put salt on the roads during the winter

Do you know which one broke? I've seen the cable one around alot but then I recently came across an electric one. Seemed tempting. As for this snow stuff you speak of (the white stuff that falls from the sky right?)....Florida only has that when all of the planets align, the moon becomes cheese, pigs fly, hell freezes over, and I win the lottery while getting hit by a meteor and being struck by lightning.....all at the same time. Oh yeah, with a little eye of newt and wing of bat thrown in there too. (yeah, it's that rare)

IT was the electrical one that broke... the company that invented them (originally, I don't know if there are other companies out there now that make them) had a lot of complaints against them apparently because they didnt last too long...
