like should we find a place for everyone to meet that it's the half-way point for everyone? instead of some ppl having to drive far more than others. And this way we can get more people to show up at the fun meets.

I think when planning a "Midwest" meet that people usually try to pick a central location. I like the idea of local meets too, so you can get to know people nearer you that you're more likely to see more often. And then you can go to regional meets together.
So yeah, regional meets should be planned to be available to everyone, but not at the expense of local ones.

I don't dig being shot at, and I'm a sore loser. It's a long ways to drive to pay just to be shot and sit around for the rest of the day. Maybe if you paintball in the morning, and then meet for lunch or dinner, or something, I'd show up later.

yuea we'd have it to be a big paintball thing, but the paintball sessions are only 3 hours so we wouldnt be doing that all day

indianapolis is a little bit too far south of everyone? The point was to try and get wisconsin, michigan people to come to the same meets. Is there a paintball in northern indiana?

normally midwest meets consist of a person from WI and from IN so chicago is in the middle. Maybe if MI people would come then we would make the meets more centralized form everyone but right now they are centralized for who comes.

I agree with leaving IL. the middle state for meets...because I've experienced going out of state and the meet having about 5 people there when it was a 3-4 hour drive for me and i hung around for like a couple hours...

now i don't mind having say 3 different meets in different locations to hopefully to bring more people to come.

I'd try to attend a meet in Indy if you guys ever decide to have one there. Wouldn't mind playing a little paintball either.
