Has anyone run a headlight bulb over 51 watts, cause my brother had a problem with his and kept burning up the harness with 55 watts or more, any information will be nice

yea dont do it, too much current flowing through the wires with that wattage, you will eventually have the same problem he did.......

yeah i had some cheap 100 watt japp kind... not sure if they were even 100 true watts but they were bright, they lasted about a year and a half. then the bulbs melted the glass itself, scary but neat looking.

you use the stock headlight adjusters...

when i mount them in the assembly, i put the headlight at 0 degrees and make sure both are lined up and then epoxy them in place.
