Bravada turbo
I really want to get the alero finished, but this is so tempting. They have cut the price of the manifold in half since first production. The bravad does have limited support through hptuners, but I wouldn't want to run anything more than probably 5-6psi. Any opinions Ion? Blackjack? other turbo gurus?

Agreed it should work great... however I would weld some support bars onto it... while the construction seems sound the weight of the turbo plus the amount of heat could very easily crack the mani. Other than that I see no real issues with it other than finding space for the downpipe, and having it tuned with such software limitations.

cast billet = no cracking
inline 6 = lots of space
hp tuners.......not sure on the limitations, all i know is that this motor can be made to make huge power, many enthusiasts are calling it the next 2jz, except better, factory more than 1 hp per cubic inch is just awesome..

A coworker of mine just clicked over 214k on hers and it's still running strong. My dad has an Envoy Denali and he likes it. Only a few nagging problems.
The best of the bunch has to be the 9-7x Aero though.

I have had 2 Bravadas a 2002 and a 2003 and I loved them both. A steel hauling tractor trailer decided to take my 2002 out with my family in it. The truck sacrificed its life for my kids and wife. Thanks 360t!!! The 2003 is still on the road and is being daily driven keeping the miles off my Intrigue.
