oil pressure sensor

does anyone know where these are located and if they will cover the bottom of the engine with oil.

yes, cover engine with oil, if bad, pisses oil all over the exhaust manifolds

You'll find the oil pressure sensor underneath the spark plug cover on the intake side cam tower.

Are you talking about a leak that covered the bottom of the engine in oil? It probably wouldn't be the pressure sensor. Maybe a gasket somewhere lower down on the block.
