Going through all the pictures posted, it seems that most if not all of the Aleros exported to europe have the neutral (tan) interior. Does anyone there have the pewter (gray) interior? Reason being I'm looking for that combo headlight leveler and rear fog light switch assembly in pewter to match my Alero. I have one in tan, but i don't feel like dying or painting it the correct color.

i think that it will always be that color, dout that GM would make a part in differant colors. Taka a look around www.autoscout24.de and search for Chevy Aleros you might get more pics of interiers.

Heres the search link

I'd love to get that panel in the pewter color (I don't need the switches themselves, i already have them). That would be great if you could see if it is available and how much it would cost (or maybe the partnumber and i could order it here?) I haven't yet bothered the local dealer to look up export parts. (though i do have the repair info and wiring diagrams for export models)

As far as I know, EU lights are fabricated in the UK.
As for autoheadlight adjustment, it's not automatic, just electric.
It's a manual switch, usually five settings, every car in the EU must have in order to be able to adjust the headlights to differences in ridingheight between front and rear.
Do I understand, US Alero's do not have rear foglights?

felt like a good time to resurrect an old thread to me...

The US Aleros do NOT get a rear foglight nor the electric headlight adjusters. I would be interested in a set of euro-spec headlights and the panel which the headlight adjuster switch and rear foglight switch is in pewter. Unfortunately i have one in neutral but that does me no good unless i want to dye it and i'd rather not.

The US headlights are also made in the UK.. The only real difference is the lack of the amber reflector and the electric leveling.
