:o hey! i have the 2002, is it possible to clear my HVAC knobs? if so how is it done? if not........ <_< i guess i'll cry

pull a knob off, see if its white behind it or blue, if its white..ur skrewed

if your old knobs are white, goto your local GM used car lot and see if you can take a look inside a 1999/2000 and see if you can find some blue ones and then switch them......
(If you got the time and feel like doing something like this, otherwise, like silent said your screwed)

It's more of an aqua color, like your dash backlighting. I painted mine blue and it looks a LOT better.

yeah its more aqua...i thought it was blue so I pulled mine off. If anyone wants to trade they can have mine and I'll take your black ones. Blue doesnt really blend in with the rest of my interior anymore.

I painted some of the bulbs in my car red, like the ones for the window sitches and such. I used the same red highheat paint I used for my brakes. Basically any opaque spray paint. I sprayed it into a cup then painted on reletively thin layers until the bulb glowed how I wanted it to (test after each coat).

would the caliper paint also work for the dome light? B/c I want a different color and it's high temp paint so would it look ok on the bulb? Or would the light even show through?
