Ok so here is what my 2000 3.4l hoe is doing.. I just gave it new Bosch Platinum Plugs, and Bosch Wire-Set. It fixed my start up problem... fires immediatley right up.. anyways so i took a ride it has a slight hesitation/stutter when u give it over half throtle. Very annoying can tell something isnt right.. I re-routed the wires all in a configuration to were they dont cris-cross or so it seems... any other ideas? the plugs were so hard to get in and out... not the right tools, please dont say get different plugs.
any help out there?
thanks

Yeah my guess is it firing wrong. when you replaced the plugs and wires, what were the steps you took, cuz i know when i did mine i pulled them out and then realized i forgot wich one went to wich coil pack. Thats another thing check the coil packs make sure theyre not all rusted out.
5 3 1
6 4 2
im pretty sure thats the Cylinder order

your problem is the spark plugs. Bosch sucks in our cars. you should stick with AC delco plugs either the OEM ones or rapidfire line.
Firing order is 2,4,6 in the front and 1,3,5 in rear .. on the coil packs from left to right: 5,2,3,6,4,1

Yeah the Bosch suck. I had them for a while and they were fine but after a little while they would start misfireing and causing a bunch of problems
