Have you tried anything to fix the problem?
Does anything you do affect how the noise sounds, like not running the car or revving the engine?
Have you checked your grounds?
Are you grounded in good spots?
Is this a new problem or has this been going on since you installed the amp?

Did you know that your post looks more like a statement, then a question?

x2. if it does, get a ground loop isolator and it should solve the problem.

Rcas and power ran on the same side? Does the sub move with amp on without music playing? If it is may have loose rca leads in the amp. Easy fix if can solder but check the other stuff first
