How in the world do we remove our sunroof? I messed around with mine for about 3 days and didnt get anywhere with it. Anyone ideas?

I want to gut the shell of the car so its one less thing to worry about when I paint it. I also need to get the slider part of the roof out to refinish it.

sunroof is easy.. drop the headliner. remove the 4 water drain hoses, then remove the 6- 10mm screws and drop it down into the car.

As far as the sliding cover. before you take out sunroof, open sunroof to just pops up. move the cover to where u can see the spring clips thingy, push in on all 4 and drop out slider.

Cool thanks aftermath. I think its just going to be easier painting if things like that are not on the car.
