First peek at the new set up!
Just a shot of it all done and installed. Spent yesterday cleaning up the tune. Had an issue with the vac spring in the BOV when I first put it in, but all good now and it's a tire roasting animal I tell ya... LOL

Nope, not yet, but will be soon. Don't need it on this one really either, not running enough boost to worry about it to be honest. But, I have sourced out all I need to do it anyway. When I have the money, I'll go for it

Yup, just click the thumbnail.... and no worries there Edge, I have broad shouulders for a reason...lol He is right. It's just for now I can easily tune it for whats there and already have. I've put over 3 years into this charger going in so far. I am fully aware of what I'm into here. Once I have the money, it'll happen. It's just not as necessary as you guys running 20+ psi of boost. If I was in that range it would not have been installed without it. I'm on vacation this week so I said f... it and tossed it in
Oh, and when you click on it here and it opens in Photobucket, click the image again for full size... wink, wink..

.556/.560 lift (222/226 110 LSA)/Stage II Heads:Race Valve Job (9-angle Intake, Radiused Exhaust)/LS6 Valve Springs w 1/2" guides/Chrome Molly Rods/P&P Upper and Lower Intake Manifolds/36lb GTP Injectors/65mm Port Matched TCE TB/S&S Headers/Custom Exhaust/ Vortech V-9 G-Trim Supercharger
Engine is just over 10:1 CR if I remember correctly. Took 15 tho off the heads when we did them, but that was a long time ago. I think it will be 7 years this spring since Milzy built it. Had a block installed a couple of summers ago, but heads and stuff are still the same
Sorry , the intercooler... having it custom made by Bell. Dam expensive though so gotta pinch the pennies to make it happen... lol Mortgage, 2 kids, wife, my kicks once in a while...lol

If your actually intrested, pulled out my notes... this is the one:
Bell Part #A225229050 with D top and D bottom design tanks. That way I'll have both the inlet and outlet to the drivers side of the engine bay where it wont be too crazy hard to plum it in. Its an air/air cooler too. I know, I know... but Im not going liquid to air on this build...LOLOLOL

Well, I'm going to try to talk you out of that, but the Spearco A2Ws are expensive, too! The heat of the Summer is where need for said device will become urgent. Stick an IAT sensor on the charger outlet, I want to see if it melts

Hadn't looked too deep into it B to be honest on the cooler. Everything has gone into fixing the kit for all its' faults from RSM. Cool they made it, but they sure needed to put some more thought into it before they released it. Wrong length shaft, terrible bearing, no support for the shaft right at the pulley, only one key way in the shaft and they made it to be used without a MAF! F'in dumb, and I will say first had that they got a bad wrap for a reason. The amount of work I had to do before installing it was ridiculous. Unless your willing to go the mile on it, I would not recommend this kit.... just go turbo or find an M-style set up.
Got a link to the cooler you'd recommend B?
Sorry but no, wont be crossing the border unless I absolutely have to. My last two trips there was a nightmare at the border.

The closest Bell equivalent (from Bell's website) to what I have is this part#
4.50 / 4.50 / 10.00 / $214.00 / AW450045100
If they are willing to make a more narrow end tank to save room, that would be a plus, I was looking for ways to reduce the overall width of tank-to-tank.
"C" is close to what I have now in overall shape:
