yup I did, the last few pics you can see I had the 3.5L chrome rims on ( came with the car ) and I found a set of 4.0L chrome rims locally for cheap ( me trading a car audio amp that I gotten for free ) and did the swap so I went from 16's to 17's

tranny was on its way out, and need more work ( suspension wise ) then I cared to put into it as the tranny alone was a $3000 job even if I did the work myself and that was more then enough for me to say its time to let go. I miss her everyday but it was for the best

lol you mean the aurora banner? it looks good only on the aurora I find. I seen a few on aleros locally and I tend to find they look bad.
I dont own her anymore but from what I hear the new owner is trying to claim everything I had done to her ( D/S rotors, chrome rims, banner, chrome front grills, and many other little things ) to his own and that he did it himself ( 100% lie )

did you have to drill holes to get them to stay or did you glue them in place? Do they stay straight or bend?

they come with 3m tape on the other end. they can bend any which way you want but once installed they stay straight and last canadian brutal winters ( I live in the part of canada were we get more snow then summer but not as bad as the NWT )

those guys staring were apart of a car meet the car club I am apart of were at lol.
and hok666 if you'd like ill take a pic of the stuff I used I still have a little left over in the closet in my house so you can see the size, and what to look for at the auto store

The car looks really nice man. It's a shame that you had to get rid of it.

thanks, trust me I know I miss her everyday but sometimes it just comes to the point where you gotta let it go specially when the cheapest tranny I found was $3000 before installing and rebuilding was $2500 without the labour of getting it in and out.
but don't worry ill make the alero just as nice if not better theres much more parts and easier to find parts for this then the aurora out there lol
