Injector O-rings not sealing

Somehow my intake is cracked up beneath the fuel injectors. Has this happened to anyone before? If i buy a new manifold im debating changing to the 2.4 set up but i read that requires a couple changes on the cpu.

Cars today are not a simple engine swap like they were 30 years ago. If you swap the engine for a totally differnt one, you'll need to swap the PCM and possiblly the wiring.

The injector O ring needs a little bit of oil to seat correctly or you could tear the ring forcing it into place. I used 10w30, just take a drop and run your finger all around the ring. It also makes them easier to remove if that time ever comes and protects the O ring as well.

Oil weight doesn't matter. I just used what I had in the garage. DO NOT USE WD-40 OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT, it will destory the ring

That's exactly the same process I used without any issues.

I used dielectric grease to seat the injectors worked fine.

I had a problem with this on my 3.4, its different but check the fuel rail where the injectors go. Mine had burrs and all kinds of crap which caused the oring to go bad really fast, like 5 mins after start.
