Shifter Knob Swap
I'm not too sure on how to go about this. Here is a picture of what i have now. Good old fashioned stock leather. Attachment 5623
I dont really know how it comes off and i can't find a regular flat black one with a button on it on andysautosport.com.
Can any of you guys explain the process of taking it off and do you know another website where i can find sleek black automatic shifter knobs?

My bad. I kind of posted before I abused the search button. But I'm still confused. There is a staple that is supposed to be removed.

I put an aftermarket on after the G/F broke my stock one.
Im happy to say I got another stock one at the junk yard and got the POS off my shifter.
Bottom line is the after market ones suck arse.

Same issue. Button got broken by a Foot.
I'm still using my Aftermarket. i love it. it's simple. just find one that you can adjust. mine comes apart so that the button can be adjusted.
Once you set it up, it's awesome... Though mine is aluminum, so it's cold in the winter.

yes, any auto shitter will do.
actually, tho, you could put almost any one on as long as you cut a groove into the side that faces the dash and secure it using the staple.

not true. the button has to be disengaged to unlock the key from the ignition. you need one with a button.

It is possible to bypass the button, but not safe or legal
