Cluster LEDS not working.
Finally got my inverted t10 LEDs in. Replaced all five in cluster- thought they were plug and play.... But none of them light up. I read through cherrys writeup and reversed polarity on the bulbs and moved the pins on the led to the side so the would be touching the metal connectors on the side of the housing. Still nothing. Ideas?

Scratch that. Looks like connection issues. I extended the connectors on the bulbs away from the base so it's making a more solid connection. Now I know that's the issue w the rest, although not sure why they made the housing different on these compared to like the floor lights.....

i had that issue with my g/f's truck...
i replaced a bunch of bulbs, and the i tested as i went. (to make sure the sockets were powered) the first had 12V, but the bulb didn't light. So i tried it backwards... still nothing. hhmm... checked the connectors. Bingo! the bulb connectors were closer together then the socket. So i stuck a small screwdriver in there, bent the socket contacts, and it worked beautifully.
sometimes, you gotta negotiate the contacts... it just happens

Yep if any of mine lose contact, I think I'll use something like speaker wire to wrap the contacts from the bulb to fill the space in the slot.

there you go. I was using the reverse glow overlays but total pia to get lined up. I like these cause they match the stereo and led ac controls better. Also used these on stock floor lights to go w my strip and one for the license plate. . Still need to do the ones for gear shift. Did two in the dome but the main light in the dome is some kind of long bulb, not a 194.

Haha long story cherry is familiar with. Got ripped off so bought them on eBay from HK. Got them quicker than I thought. The eBay seller was enkmall. 20 of them for like 18.00. I'd send you five but you'll prob want to do more than just your cluster.

Yes, the two back seat reading lights in the dome are 194. The main interior dome light is the festoon bulb of which you speak Cool, I'll get one from there thanks man.

Dome - festoon bulb - local AutoZone sells a universal LED dome kit that has adapters and such for pretty cheap - seen it work real well in a friends car
