Question driver window

i noticed my window seems as if it keeps coming of track. so i took a look at it after i took the door panel off and found one of my window sash clips was broken off near the bolt. i went out and bought a pack of them and go to work at it today. i noticed that the RTV of some strong ass glue held the broken sash to the window. any advice? maybe get some heat to it?

Mine did the same thing...broke off above the bolt. I went and bought a two part epoxy from Home Dept and it worked fine....just put a lot in the grove and it will hold fine. I pulled the window out and then used a heat gun to get the white piece of the glass, scraped off the residue and cleaned up before putting back in.
