ebrake cable

I'v been putting this off for a while but another post reminded me about it and with winter coming up I want to get it fixed. a few months ago I did a drum to disk brake swap on the rear, it went fine except when upon reassembly the main ebrake cable came out a few inches short. I have completely no idea how to go about fixing it and really dont want to have to take to the shop to have someone do it. I know I need new ebrake pads (the guy I bought them from had clearly drove with them on a few times) but how do I got about lengthening the cable?

You don't ,you have to you cables from a car that had disks already. And u can use cables from a GAGT Either JY or new.

ya, i have the disk cables. theres no way to possibly use the ones from the dums. with disk cables the whole system acts like the main cable is to short for them.

There are a few guys on GAGT that did swaps. They might ba able to help. Sorry IDK if the main cable is shorter due to the drum setup or not .
