Go to your muffler shop they can bend the whole pipe for around $100.00 dollars or so and if you are wanting to spend money get the SLP Back half or you can always get if you can still find it the whole Borla System for about $700.00 Dollars.

Well let me put it this way. I dont believe there is any cheap replacement for the Alero exhaust or any pipe that is the same or close. your best bet is just to have it made.

i dont understand though, do you think if you found one for say a Honda Accord that was similar shape and that would work that it would be cheaper?

yea your best bet would just get them to make you a replica maybe in a different size, and you can add your cat and muffler in there, full exhaust right there......that will be your cheapest....

i'm gonna get rest of the piping for my flowmaster 80 series muffler its gonna be 2.5. but i was wondering would it be possible to get T-304 stainless steel without a muffler kinda like the srt 4 or would that be worthless. i heard the sound on the computer and tuner transformation and it sounds great. or could i just get the T-304 with my flowmaster muffler?

not too familar with exhaust and am going to get a custom job done soon, does the pipe have to go over the rear axel/suspension like it is stock or can it go under it? seems it would flow a lot better if it goes under it.
nevermind, i got my answer.
still might try it though h34r:

having no muffler will not make it sound anywhere near to the srt 4, the reason the srt 4 sounds so god without a muffler is because it has a turno which makes the engine sound alot deeper than normal

Tuno? umm English motherf***er do you speak it??
The word your despertly searching for is Turbo.
If you want a ricer style cat back, just buy the muffler that you want, and get the rest of it made localy, cheeper usually and it will save ya from the hassle of trying to make something fit thats not supostu be there.
