i have run into a small issue, my tires tend to rub the fenders going over some bumps, what is the best/safest way to roll my fenders?

Rent a roller from autozone.
Or get a wood bat and a jack, raise the car, stick it between the tire and fender, then lower and roll it forward and back... kinda ghetto but that's how I did it.
