Build thread ideas and advice is welcomed
Well wanting to get the car back togther as much as I can. I need a new trunk lid and both fenders. Trunk will be shaved again going to salvage yard to hopefully find parts. The front and rear bumper needs to be grinder out in some spots and glasses over. Outer tails has to be rewelded got busted for no tails have some bmw lights tapped on. (sad I know) Had lights in back window only officers didn't like it!! also really wanting to do a unidrop with a cataliver set up. Need a new windshield but don't really care it's at the bottom of the list. Figure tubing up front and 1x1 of 2x2 braces around engine bay. And all square in the back.
I'll post up pics as it sits now 2maro it's bad!!
and for the unidrop will 14guage be thick enough or go 11 to be safe?
And haters go for it with my past can't blame you I'm going to consirate on one thing at a time depending on pain and my bodys limitations.

Hornblasters.com train horn hate the location but all i could do and even that took 4ever!!
driver fender damage
Small front bumper damage that buckled both fenders one from hit and run in parking lot and other trying to drive to doc after surgery.
From hit and run pass fender.
Lastly trunk from truck damage with the pos tape taillights and tape trunk lid havent been able to fix it now, or b4 my surgery and had to get tails, the junk yard didnt have alero ones. So these are off a BMW.

Maybe we should start a club of POS aleros cause I got a doosy like you do. Idk though, yours looks a little worse at this point. Hope your rebuild goes well! It is a difficult thing to come back from without some serious money so hope you have that lined up or you can do it all yourself... But again, good luck man and keep us informed.

Buy some AAS fiberglass fenders, fix the FG damage, replace the trunk lid, put the horn behind the rear bumper cover, then paint it something. Bag it if cashmonies allows that, tuck up those black stockers (they look good actually, it looks like).
That's what I'd do to clean it up at least..
If you really do some of those ideas it'd be sweeeet though.

Told you it was bad lol! Think that's the first time anyone has ever rendered you speachless. Good news the holes on spare tire holder, do have clear coat over on them. Rustoleum to prevent rust..
That horn was on a geo metro for awhile lol

LoL pimp, i think mine was the first to make him practically speechless when he actually saw it in person, but online, i think you may have gotten the win on that.
If you were asking about my center console, then yes I got it all replaced and looks fine now. But yea, again good luck...

yes aaron it did
but to u dude why dont ya try this, if the 1/4`s are that bad and beyond any kind of repair, start from scratch splice in new 1/4`s, yes it can be done i do it, its fine
and then construct new tail lights, instead of building on the 1/4 with metal and more metal and more metal and more welding and more welding, and more bondo and more bondo and more bondo
im suggesting start from scratch
