Turn Signal Clicking
My turn signal click is coming on at random times. I checked to see if any of the turn signal light bulbs were bad, but they all look okay. The clicking is normal when I have my turn signal on, but when the turn signal is off, it will randomly make the noise. Any ideas?

There's a common issue with the hazard switch. Usually that just makes the signals not work at all.
Could just be a bad relay.

It could be a bad hazard switch. They have a recall out on them. I don't know if its for all year aleros but they fixed mine for free.

My dads grand am has the same problem, its the turn signal relay, the dealership said it would cost like $400 to fix, our mechanice said like $250, my dad has left it as the only realy problem is the clicking, he deaf in one ear anyways and can barely hear it, when I had to drive his car around when my fuel pump was being replaced I almost went mad.

If there was a recall for it, how would I find out about it? Is there a website that shows the recalls?

if it randomly clicks the contacts on the multi funtion switch are dirty. There is a how to over on gagt.com telling how to clean them, check it out, it happened on my buddy's gagt, cleaned it up and no more clicking.

You can just do a search for alero recalls on the net. It maybe what alerored04 is talking about though, I don't know.

Thanks for the link alerored04. I downloaded the tutorial and the pics. Now I just need some time to work on it. But I've got other Alero problems...

This should be something that is stickied due to the fact it is so close in relation to the hazard relay.
I thought I had the broken relay because of where the sound was coming from, it ended up being this.
