dash removal
does anyone who hae any info on removing the dashboard?
is it just glove box, vents and hazard and fog light switch then bolds to hold it on?
any info would be great i couldnt find a how to or the thread with the guy that had pics of his off.....

i googled this once, got a hit, had complete istructions for an alero owner, but pics were from a malibu

Taking apart is easy enough (was for me anyways) its just putting back together again and finding all the right screw holes.
It wasn't too bad.

Yes I do.
Take pictures of where the screws go if they are semi hidden.

so you all would say it can be removed and put back in an afternoon or weekend? i have some things i need to do and fix lol
also can the peice that goes across the top under the windshield with the defogger vent on it be removed without removing the whole dash???

just like clips around the edges?pry straight up or like the door panels where you pop the bottom and lift up type of deal?

I only had two screws left over from my dash swap. It's not too bad, but a whole bunch of things on and around the dash have to come off.
