Grungy Fog Lights

I am looking for options to make mine look nicer. They are dull and and have moisture inside. They just look like crap. I am about ready to spray them black so they blend in and install LED driving lights in front of them using the wiring from the fog lights.

I had the day off work and found a set of new oem fog light for $100 so I will replace the ugly ones with a new set. Best way to fix them. I will now have all new headlights and fog lights.
