It's part of the heated rear screen lines, if I remember correctly, it is the top section. If the reception is poor, it might be the box that controls the radio and rear heated lines might have melted and needs replacement.
If you take out the rear C-pillar cover on the passenger side it should be there if memory serves correctly.
