any befores? looks good. as a general rule, you shouldnt really take pics of cars on grass tho lol.

Ah, because it hides the tires and makes the car look abandoned along with depending on the sunlight will create grassy reflections & odd shadows. "A car guy that shoots for GM high performance magazine said never put a car on a surface it wouldn't ordinarily be found (i.e. cars on grass). Seems logical to me, even though the shot may look good. It's just unnatural." If you had a 4x4 or truck, then grass would suit it imo.

But since its an Alero, maybe a parking lot, some nice new black tarmac.. or even by some funky looking old building, over a bridge, etc. It just makes it more visually appealing. You could also try getting down on your stomach and taking some really low pics looking up.. makes most cars look more aggressive (and dont forget to turn the wheels all the way for a couple shots..gives an illusion of moving or a "ready to rock" look)

And try to always shoot on the side where the sun is shining. Move the car so the other side is showing against the sun if you want a certain angle dont just walk to the other side of the car

I like photography lol.

lol ill take closer shots, and I guess that makes sense....it was my front yard and people wanted pictures so I figured the grass would be a better spot then the dirt drive-way lol.

the process involved, sanding, rust primer, dupli-color match spray paint took roughly an hour and half to do ( with drying times and such )

sanded down with 600 grit sand paper to bare metal, it was all surface rust areas. used rust protection and primer all in one can then dupli-color color matching spray paint can.

We never used painters tape or any tape to mask it off ( would of left line marks ) so with the slight over-spray you cannot tell that their is any as it would of been as noticeable with it being taped off ( my buddy leaned this the hard way on his ride )

and yea saturdays is normally my day to cut the lawn however it rained earlier in the day which makes the grass ridiculously hard to cut and it already takes 3 hours to mow my lawn with the ride on mower lol

as someone said here, bright red. went to canadian tire ( our store up here which is a automotive and everything esle type store ) so looked for GM bright red dupli-color matching paint.

I also looked it up with google to make sure it was bright red with the paint code in the spare tire area ( as people said here where it is )
