If you can get a more definitive pricing I might want to get in on this as well.

is this an "original style" rigid trailing arm, or a semi-trailing arm? What other mods/fabs (if any) are required?

My point is how can you get 25 people wanting these if they dont even know what they are gonna cost when the time comes. There is no reason for us to have 25 people committed for the company to give us a price for what it will cost when we do. I guess I will be calling BMR later today to find out what they say as I would really like this to happen but I don't think it ever will without definitive pricing.

Who did you talk to over there? I ask because I just got off the phone with Kyle and he claims that neither him nor anyone else in the office has any idea about this whole thing going on.
Also when I told him that you were told that you couldn't get a definitive price for us before we had 25 people he claimed that even if they were going to make them they would be able to give a price prior to having them made.

Talked to Lee when I ordered my control arms from them and am going off the information he gave me. So did they get you a price or any other info?

ok so I just got off the phone with Lee... he barely even remembers talking to you about this however he said he is willing to work with us.
Having 25 people in on this was not something that they required for getting this started or for getting pricing. He said there is no way they can even think about this stuff until very end of this year or beginning of next. Also he never gave the approximate pricing of $150 per set as they need to have a stock set in hand as well as doing some R&D on them before they can even give a price.
I told them I will supply them with the stock trailing arms which they said would certainly help things along but even once they start R&D they wont have anything (pricing or otherwise) for 2-3 months.
So basically yes they will do this but when and for what price is far from being determined.
They did say that having the group buy would also help but would prefer us not to bother with such until they can give us a definitive price and time frame for them to do this.

Well it would have been nice to have the same info from the same person. As far as the $150 price tag; that was my guess as stated above. Glad you got more taken care of on this.

Hey guys, just caught wind of this thread. Wondering if you were still looking into having this done. I would be in for a set also. I have an 03 GA. Just so you know I'm not some lying troll I am a member on GA Owners Club and Grand Am GT... also Mark should know who I am, I've spent enough money with him recently.
