so bad ass dude, you truely have a skill there.......
maybe if possible to gather all the pictures of your products possibly in another thread/sticky or something, so it advertises more better so people dont have to cycle through 7 pages of something they like... but thats just my opinion, definetly want to order something...

well hopefully this week i will be able to complete a couple overlays for the third brake light... i will be making a couple in black... and a couple in silver metallic... there will be an option to have them with a thin coat of doming material on them... i think that will be the best bet for a uniform look and longevity of the overlay... it'll also make it much easier to install.
on another idea... this is pretty much just for those of you that bought the OSV kit... if anyone has any intrest in any badges mabye for the back of the car reflecting like a ..."OSV #1 of 11 original" "#2 of..." ect. or something of the sort. notifying you were part of the group buy that brought about the creation of the OSV kit... might be cool... you're number would be contigent on what order you comfirmed in the group buy as far as numbering goes... and a design for the badge would have to be agreed on between the people interested in the badge... lemme know!

i'd like the OSV #1 of 11 or however it'll look since my car is the one getting the kit built on. well, i guess it's 1 of 12 since mine is the donor car. can you pm me the price or pics if you get them done please? thanks bro.

well i'll have to post idea first and get approval from those interested... if oldsnut views this... lemme know the order of who gets what number. who either committed to the group buy in what order or who paid in what order... that'll determine the numbering... and once that's established... then we can discuss the design... untill then... if anyone has preferances... lemme know... and joserivas is entitled to #1 for being the donor. i am open to doing a badge that in the 10$-12$ range... or if interested... i may be able to do some sort of metal leafing at a decent price... (gold, white gold, or copper) but as of now... it depends on what you guys want...

on another note, is it possible to maybe get like an osv badge with the number of it too? similar to the final 500 edition? just a thought. thanks for the help bro.

i was thinking something like that, or maybe a mod in these designs:
sorry for my terrible photoshop skills. lol. maybe just the badge for the trunk, instead of all around the car. i just dont know how much work that would be. like i said just a suggestion.

Definately get picts of them installed, curious to what they look like on the vehicle, maybe a pict of the whole car and some close ups.

well i got the "alero" part done... now i just printed some and i am just needing to size them to match the 3rd brake light... i think i'll do three versions... black with chrome outline, silver with chrome outline... and mabye one that is just dark tinted with black outline ("outline" meaning the outline of "alero")

count me in for a domed one. just dont know if the black with silver i'll work on my car color since its like metallic gray. what do you think since you have the actual colors?
how hard would it be for a carbon fiber one with chrome outline?

hmm... well... that would be possible but i would have to cut the letters out of the CF print although on second though... i like the CF as an accent... not as a fill color... anyway...that would mean the doming material would not be over the letters. It would leave smooth edges around all the letters which actually might be kinda cool. do you know what i mean? here are some options...
Metallic silver with black outline
Metallic silver with chrome outline
Black with chrome outline
white with black or chrome outline
I am working on one that is tinted around the letters but to make it dark enough uses a lot of foil (the ink) as the way to make it darker is add more layers... i know already that it would need over 10 hits.
so as of now i'm gonna say those previous options are prolly gonna be the most feasable. also... the ones that aren't domed i think i am going to send NOT cut to size... the lettering will be sized correctly to fit... but the excess around the edge will allow for the person to wrap it a little farther around the edges so as to make sure no light leaks around the edge.
which reminds me... the best way for people to install the particular ones i think would be to take out the third brake light... which is simple.. two nuts on the inside of the trunk. the domed ones i will try to make so they will fit just dandy... and if i think it nessesary, i'll send a little strip of vinyl to wrap the edge if there's going to be a problem with light coming around it.
regardless... i will try and get something made up by the end of the week at the latest... will post pictures when i do!

it be nice if u make it a little bigger than the thrid brake light so it wraps around it the cheap ones are cut exact and sometimes light shows around edges.
