I settled for some grey leather grandam gt headrests I finally found cheap. Just got them in, still getting used to the different look but I like um! Once I decide if the seat-belt holders will go back on or not I'll get some more pictures up. Here is a teaser, Not being able to see the rest of the grey interior they do look a little out of place in pictures. In person, I like, very much. The seats have a different 'posture' if you will and I just simply prefer the design.

I got my OEM Oldsmobile trunk logo from the US today and I have put it on. I think, I did a good job.
I ordered the front logo too and the "Oldsmobile" text for the trunk. If I receive them, the "Chevrolet" logo and letters come off finally.

You need leather seats to fully pull that off, it looks very odd with clothe/leather mixed. Do a full leather interior swap!

I could afford the head rests, but that's out of budget right now. Rather than swapping stuff I want to just get it all professionally done red/black one of these days. But like the other big plans, that's a long way off. The grey leather matches all the grey pleather and panels perfectly, I really don't think it looks to bad. I'm also finding out they are more comfortable.

Swapped in a 3500 to replace my worn out 3400. I had a misfire on cylinder 1 that was from something mechanical, bent valve, bad piston rings, cracked head. Not exactly sure yet, haven't torn it apart yet.

A drive to clear my head turned into a 3-400 mile loop looking for suburban's/ yukon xl's to replace the one my parents rolled yesterday. They hit black ice and while the suburban is not fine, my parents only sustained bumps and bruises. While I was in Stockton, Ks I found this old oldsmobile dealership

The silver 5 speed... I'm not in a hurry to dump it, if it doesn't sell then I'll strip it and keep the manual bits for a swap in misty...

Finally had some nice weather and I got the bumper off and put on my mesh I've been hauling around all winter, and finally got the rest of the factory intake out. stickers have been on for a week or so now, but, enjoy.

Much more proper. I always thought the chevy badges looked odd on it.

Yeah, The chevy logo was ugly with that black plastic oval plate and I wanted it to be like the original, because I had the Oldsmobile logos on the wheels and on the steering wheel. Now everything fits well together.
