lol... FYI ...the resaponsible community frowns and street racing and doesn't like when it's talked about.
Also FYI... evos all come turbocharged from the factory. Thier redheaded stepsisters the "lancer" does not.
also also FYI as a general rule regarding stickers... usually less is more. excessive decals aren't good unless you are a greenpeace hippie in a rotted out geo.
and X2... if you beat him by a car length, the car was indeed sick, like... herpes or influenza or something of the like...

well, my eco has a pathetic 35HP per cylinder, while your 6 has a miserly 28.33 per however recent talks with my wife might be resulting in a little purchase from Hahn Racecraft to fix that on my car.

how much bs we're willing to put up with from each other while the car is down, how long the car will be down, getting back and forth to work, taking the kids to school/daycare, tranny costs

So when I left my friend told me they were laughing at how weak my car sounded I mean these guy are all out of highschool or just graduated so they have time and money to work on their cars. Is this how it is everywhere? As soon as you show up you need to be spitting fire can't go to learn anything?
So I guess my first priority is a new exhaust system?

Haaa, I remember eating up a dude with a Civic for something like that. I was following my cousin to some wack a$$ gathering in Colton, CA. A few of the guys laughed but one asked why I brung an Alero to a gaydm get together and I asked him if he wanted to find out. For some weird reason, he backed down when I popped the hood and showed him my stock V6. Maybe he thought I was hiding something!

ironically... i wouldn't doubt alot of guys say that, because they have no idea how to setup anything beyond an old motor. You incorporate backlighting, stereo, audio/video... they are boned. And highschool mentality applies... if you don't understand it, insult it until it leaves.

A march 2009 thread is old? Plus, why bring up another thread about the same thing I said in this one?
