Thanks for the link.. so how did you finish off the edges? Wrap it underneath or what? Like, how did you get it to lay nicely? Because I have a different vinyl design on it now and its a little rough where the edges end at.

I had a little excess around the edges, and worked one edge at a time. I have an exacto knife that I cut along the edge of the screen to make it flush. For the corners, I kind of cut it in a diagonal, so some white does show, but it's no big deal for me.

you shouldn't need relief cuts. i wrapped a whole car in it with no seams or relief cuts. what you need is a blow torch or a heat gun.
