Wish I could still find gauge overlays like your C2. Speedhut took down the thing where you can customize them to. Says to call. Anyone know where else to look?

Dont really care for those.. the ebay ones are still around to. More then likely I'll just get the stickers and put some nice LED's in the cluster. The ebay ones I had before got old.

I just made a new SC gasket with some blue stuff, what's the thickness on yours? What all kinds of material can he laser-cut? What did you hand-cut it with?

i used an x-acto knife. i have the CAD data for the intake gasket, i just plotted it full size and weighted it down on top of the material and cut it with the knife.
this material I got from AutoZone, it's probably 2mm thick, not sure.
we can laser cut all sorts of stuff. it's how i made this

Changed the spark plugs, IAT sensor and the upstream o2 sensor last night. I attempted to get the downstream as well but it was on there good. After a few hours of PB blasting and letting it sit overnight I finally broke down and took it to my mechanic to change.
I meant to get the fuel filter changed as well but most of my time was absorbed by that sensor.

Man, I haven't messed with CAD since middle school. That's one hell of an interesting program though.

Welp today was an interesting day, Took apart the throttle body, cleaned it with all that crud that was in there -_-. replaced my thermostat, thing was like stuck closed. Put it back together then I started it, vroom 3.5 rpm straight up. Looked at it again. Forgot to nut down the clamp that holds it shut lol. And yes I replaced the gasket for the throttle body. But overall. Car hasn't overheated.. Yet..

Yesterday took the car for emissions testing... under new Ontario rules it "failed" because it was not ready... mechanic says druve it 30 km and come back in 24 hrs and we'll do a 2 speed idle emissions test. It passed and now she's all stickered up and on the road for the year happy day
